1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Fachkräftebrücke GmbH and its customers, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Contracting Parties

3. Service Description

We mediate qualified nursing staff and physiotherapists from Tunisia to German healthcare facilities. The specific scope of services is based on the respective agreement with the client.

4. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of our services on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded through our express confirmation.

5. Remuneration

Remuneration is based on the agreed mediation contract. Any fees and costs will be transparently presented before contract conclusion.

6. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the typically foreseeable damage, unless there is no violation of life, body or health.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. If legally permissible, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of Fachkräftebrücke GmbH.
